Well... Turbo Pascal is a multi paradigm language from version 5.5 on :) If someone would write stuff like that in TP I'd probably cut their fingers and stick'em where the sun doesn't shine :) It's really a horrible piece of code even by TP standards.

Hey, thanks for the forked code. I am subclassing TTTableView and loading nib the way you show above but the disclosure indicator doesn't display and the the row separators aren't visible. Any suggestions or samples showing how to actually create the cells?

Good catch, thank you.

Apparently both methods are working :-) In my original learning test I've overridden loadView, but later created one more learning project in which viewDidLoad was overridden - probably by mistake.

I haven't investigated it yet, but probably loadView is better choice - this is place intended for programmer to construct view programatically.

Another bonus of using Mercurial is that www.bitbucket.org now has free unlimited repositories for small teams. I'm a one-man team so I'm very happy about the new offer. Teams of five or less can now share unlimited public OR private repositories there as well.

In your post you state "All you need....override loadView method", but in your example you are overriding the viewDidLoad method. I haven't confirmed by testing, but I believe the example is correct - you need to override viewDidLoad, yes?
